Love the complexity of colors that are perceived differently by different people. Some people see this as blue, some as purple. To me it’s the perfect combination. Very saturated, so lots of drama, but in a very uplifting way; blue’d up doesn’t have to be “serious” although it can be.
I used it in a tiny 1980’s powder room, complete with yellow toilet and pedestal, funky faceted frameless mirror, wrought iron tiny chandelier spray painted white and it’s just amazing. Contemplating using it on the ceiling. There is a window in the room, so some natural light.
Also great for tinting other colors that I want to have a little more complexity. Have mixed it into a light blue, as well as into a grey, with great results.
The coverage it astounding, but so far all Clare paints have been that way.
